Azyra works with Microsoft 365® to send, receive and save emails, documents and spreadsheets. So they are saved where they belong – with the job, order, quotation, invoice, customer or whatever. So they can be accessed by anyone in your organisation with relevant permission.
Receive email
Most workflows start with receiving an email so the Azyra January 2025 release includes intelligent processing of incoming email.
Create email
Most workflows end with emailing documents so Azyra enables documents to be emailed with a few clicks. It even suggests the recipients and includes their reference in the subject line – saving your customers time.
Word
Word documents can be created and populated with data from a job, order, warehouse transaction, invoice, etc.
Spreadsheets
Spreadsheets can be generated from freight jobs, consolidations, orders, warehouse activity and your financials. Users can customise spreadsheets with exactly the data required.
Drag and drop documents
You can drag and drop documents into Azyra and save them where they belong – with the order, job, manifest, customs entry, quotation, pick list, customer or supplier.
Find everything
Everyone with access to an item – a quotation, order, job or whatever – can see all relevant emails and documents. Contrast this with searching Outlook or asking around to find who might have the email.
