CRM Administrator

We develop and supply a world class enterprise cloud system for the freight and logistics industry which is used by 130+ companies in 16 countries. Our client base has grown based on reputation but now we are beginning serious marketing to make our product known as the global leader in its market.

We are recruiting an experienced CRM administrator with excellent skills in databases, Excel, Word, and email for a central role on our marketing team.

Our marketing team

The CRM Adminstrator will play a vital role on our marketing team with our market researchers, sales directors and marketing director to grow our business.

CRM database

The CRM Adminstrator will handle the import to our database of CRM data sourced by our market researchers and be responsible for maintaining data quality.

Email campaigns

The CRM Administrator will extract contact data and generate high quality personalised emails and follow through by monitoring, recording and actioning the responses with our sales team.

Monitoring adverts and posts

The CRM Administrator will monitor, analyse and report on responses to our Google Adverts and posts on LinkedIn.

Work from home

All our people work remotely. They live in 8 countries and work from their home or coworking offices.

Meet up

We chat every day on Teams and meet up socially at least 4 times a year. In March 2024 we will meet in Kirchberg Austria for hiking, walking, skiing, snowboarding and paragliding. In June we meet in Lisbon, and in September we meet in Vienna. Our Christmas party will be in Dublin.

Requirements

  • Ability to work fluently in English
  • 3rd level qualification
  • 5 years experience in CRM administration
  • Business to business marketing experience
